Private Coaching

My most popular programme is my one-to-one quality 4 week coaching programme. I do not set the topic for our sessions this part I will leave that to you as you know best what area you wish to work on. My coaching sessions last one hour per session and can be face-to-face, online or a combination of both. The 4 week sessions do not have to be week to week but I recommend you do not let weeks pass so you can keep momentum on achieving your goals and changing your mindset.

As I don’t work with everyone, I will set up an initial call with you to see if we are the right fit for one another. If we are a good fit then we can proceed to our first coaching session. Between sessions I will be available to you on WhatsApp, mobile or email to guide you and give you any support you might need. I’ll be there every step of the way!

These sessions can be conducted online or in person*.

Group coaching

This is a half day once off group coaching session (3-4 hours). This is ideal for people who wish to try out coaching with friends, colleagues or for businesses. Group coaching is also a great way of connecting with others. We can often keep things locked inside and can feel lonely or think that no one else is experiencing what we are going through. Group Coaching can show you that there are others who are just like you, which can make you feel a little lighter.

Like private one-to-one coaching, the group will set the agenda of what area they wish to work on. These types of sessions are ideal for goal setting or gaining deeper self-awareness. I do this by asking powerful questions in order to get to the route of what area you wish to work on and also helpful coaching tools.

I take a maximum of 8 people in each group.

WORKSHOPS

I offer three different signature interactive workshops. The length of the workshops are between 1 hour to 4 hours long depending on the choice of workshop and the criteria to be included or excluded from them. These workshops can be tailored to be delivered one-to-one for people who wish to develop the below skills in private.

  1. Public Speaking Workshop

    I combine my seven years’ experience as a lawyer and court advocate and mindset coach to shift your mindset and become an impactful public speaker. I promise it’s not as scary as you think! The great news is that public speaking is skill that can be learned and developed no matter your level of experience. This workshop gives you practical tools, exercises and tips to enhance your public speaking skills and remove the fear factor. You will also discover how to minimise nerves and to find your true authentic public speaking style.

    This workshop is perfect for professionals who are new to public speaking for work presentations or have a fear of speaking in public. This workshop will give you an insight on how to speak publicly with confidence so you can speak up in the boardroom or at any event.

    I will give you valuable feedback so you can learn to focus on your strengths and not your weaknesses when speaking. I will coach you on how to be an authentic and powerful speaker and give you key insights into how the professionals learn how to speak for a living.

    The benefits of this workshop is it will give you that competitive edge in the work place and put you on a path to becoming a skilled public speaker.

  2. The Confidence Mindset Masterclass

    Would you like to use practical tools to help you to be authentically confident?

    Have you ever wanted to bring more of "you" out?

    Do you wish to gain more self awareness in order to enhance your mindset to an unspeakably awesome level!?

    If you answered YES to any of these questions then the Confidence Mindset Masterclass is for you!

    Contrary to what some might say, I don't believe in "fake it till you make it" - quite the opposite! Confidence looks different on everyone and it's about bringing out your own authentic self to the table!

    This two hour masterclass is designed to bring a deeper awareness of who you are and what true confidence really is. The masterclass will help you recognise low self-esteem and will show you how to build up a more positive vision of yourself. The masterclass objective is to enable you to walk away with practical ways you can be more confident and implement into your own life.

  3. The Entrepreneur Mindset

    This workshop is perfect for new entrepreneurs or for people who are thinking about starting a business. This workshops objective is to shift your mindset to an entrepreneurs mindset and give you the mindset to deal with fear of failure or indeed, fear of success. This workshop also focuses on goal setting to get your started on the way to opening your own business.

    The benefit of this workshop is that it gets you in the best mindset possible for realising your dream of owning your own business and more importantly getting started!

I take a maximum of 12 people in each workshop.


Mindfulness class

The Power of Mindfulness Class©

Mindfulness is a guiding force in my life and I wish to share the power of mindfulness with you, in fact that’s why I called my class that!

Scientific studies have found that physical changes were present in the brain of a group of people who practiced mindfulness for 30 minutes a day for 8 weeks. In the group that practiced mindfulness there was an increase in the grey matter of the hippocampus (responsible for learning and memory) and a reduction in the same grey matter in the amygdala (a region connected with stress and anxiety).

This class is a 30 minute long class which involves a short talk on mindfulness and its benefits on the mind and body combined with a meditation or body scan. This class can be designed to be longer if needed to suit your needs.
